Jako uredno i čisto. Ima parking koji se ne plaća. Izolacija je jako dobra, te se ne čuje ništa iz hodnika. Check-in i check-out se odvija samostalno što je veliki plus.

Sam apartman je smješten u jezivoj staroj zgradi, kako bi došli do apartmana morate proći cijeli hodnik, te se apartman nalazi zadnji s lijeve strane. U hodniku se nalaze stare šupe koje su zaključane lokotom. Jeziv ulazak do apartmana.
