Ivona was really friendly and the apartment is well equipped. I love that there is coffee, oil etcetera. And some drinks and candy as well :-) We liked the location too, just outside the city centre, but still very close to it

Very cosy, spotlessly clean. Host was very friendly. Location is great for exploring city centre on foot and very quiet.

Clean and as described with everything you needed. Close to centre of Zagreb . Responsive host.

Host was very kind and tried to help us immediately about everything when we arrived. She also paid a 2 hours parking because we didn't have coins for parking machine.

There wasn't clearly description that the apartment was actually in the basement. The apartment was clean, but there was a noticeable dampness in the air. The bed linen was slightly damp. The apartment doesn't have air conditioning, only a fan. The air freshener in the hallway leading to the apartment was unpleasantly strong, likely to mask the musty smell. It was a rather unpleasant experience. Fortunately, the owner understood our wish to leave the apartment immediately and refunded 80% of the amount paid before arrival. The unpleasant part was being left to find accommodation after a long journey, considering that we were left without a place to stay after deciding to leave. We managed to find new accommodation around 10 PM. A message to the owner would be to provide as detailed a description as possible of the property being rented out.

The location is excellent. Rooms practical. Immaculate condition.
