There is no included parking spot, is on a street very difficult to find a spot, and with a high risk to get your car hit. We had to give a lot of circles to find a place and when you get one is very difficult to park. The place is safe, but it doesn't look like the photos, is smaller and simpler. The bed were ok. The location is nice, but not right for elderly people, is a little far from the city center

The apartment is actually a converted old street level apartment, the door opens directly onto Trotus Street. The advantage of this is that the car can be parked right outside the door, and parking on this street is free. The center is about 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment doesn't look great, but it benefits a lot once you get to know it. It does not heat up from the sun and is very comfortable. It has a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet with a washbasin. I highly recommend it.

The street-facing bedroom is east-facing and has very weak curtains. It is very bright in the room since sunrise. Hosts should invest in good curtains or blinds.

The location was one of property's best traits. Otherwise, we selected it because it had two classical bedrooms, one of them having two double beds and this situation fit the 6 of us very well. The space is clean and has everything you might need. The area is quiet a few minutes away from one of the trails on mount Tampa. The parking is free and one minute down the street is a 5 to go and La Doi Pasi store. You need 10 or 15 minutes to walk in Piata Sfatului. The bus station to and from the train station are also down the road. The heating system worked well. so the temperature was ideal inside, despite chilly evenings. The access system is easy to use. The keypad is on the right side of the mail box. We didn't see it at first, and I think this information will be useful for those who read the reviews.

The apartment has one full bath with shower and a half bath, both with ventilators. For six people the ventilation did not work that effective, so we had to air the space using the exterior door. But it was a minor discomfort. Also a minor discomfort is related with the fact that the apartment has not that much natural light, but that's visibile in the photos, so we did not expected something else. The lack of natural light can also be considered a plus having in mind the place is used mainly for sleeping.
