"Happy & satisfied if not for the staircase."

Clean, comfortable, good facilities, walking distance to city centre (30 minutes) & nearby a supermarket to buy groceries..

I don’t have a clear understanding of the staircase which is very inconvenient for us who has heavy luaggages to climb up/down the stairs with them, ( should have a clearer information regarding the staircase.) Otherwise I would not have booked with balcony. I hope the coming , you can change the room for us.
