The apartment is quiet nice, but wasn't clean enough, and the renovation would be useful. The washing machine didn't work and we needed it very much, it was inconvenient. The location is good, as you can get whenever you need quickly. And we had a parking space which is very comfortable.

It wasn't good enough for us, as we needed washing machine and it didn't work.
