BRIXIA LUXORY & LOFT

Purtroppo un’esperienza traumatica. Avevo prenotato per 3 notti durante il mio viaggio verso Brescia e, al mio arrivo, mi hanno informato tramite WhatsApp che la casa non era disponibile a causa di una finestra rotta un giorno prima. Quando ho chiesto come mai fosse prenotabile, mi hanno risposto scusandosi e dicendo che si trattava di un errore. Ho quindi chiesto un altro appartamento che mi interessava, costava lo stesso ed era disponibile su Booking, ma mi è stato detto che anche quello non era realmente disponibile. A quel punto era chiaro che non si trattava di un errore: tengono questi annunci come esca per attirare prenotazioni e poi cercano di spingerti a scegliere un alloggio di qualità molto inferiore, proponendolo allo stesso prezzo che avevo già pagato per l’altro. Persone irresponsabili e disoneste. Non hanno cancellato loro la mia prenotazione quando l’ho richiesto e, poiché avevo bisogno di trovare subito un altro alloggio mentre ero ancora alla stazione, sono stata costretta a cancellare io stessa, subendo il blocco di oltre 300 € per una settimana in attesa del rimborso. Non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Host is not responsible at all. We accidentally left the key in the apartment and try ask the host for solution 4:30pm in the afternoon. However host told us, she will able to bring the key next morning and all her staff finished work on the day. Can you imagine how irresponsible is that, specially this is a family trip I have 3 kids with me. The host does not will to help for free. Eventually she agree to bring the key to us but surcharge 80 euro in cash after 3 hours. If you have young children do not recommend use this place, the loft is not secure for young as it only use couple metal wire enclosed the how top floor.

Location in centre of Brescia. The facilities in the kitchen. The smart TV.

The stone flooring. The headroom in the loft bedroom, the awkward and steep access to the loft bedroom. No outside balcony or sitting area. No free parking.
