The property design is well thought out and makes good use of the space available. Modern, comfortable, everything you need for a short stay. The biggest plus for us was the free parking which is so hard to find especially in a sought after area like Clifton. Communication was good and Paul offered us an early check in when he learned that the previous guests were leaving early.

Nothing really at all but probably not suited to anyone with mobility problems as accommodation on second floor. It was fine for us though, the stairs were good exercise!

"Perfect location for Clifton - very comfy stay"

Lovely comfy flat - perfect for my overnight stay in Clifton for the works Christmas party - bed was particularly comfortable- and everything else like milk and coffee/tea etc a bonus

The only thing I could’ve done with was a mirror near a plug socket to dry my hair
