"Stairs"

The flat was just what I needed after a long drive. It was clean and tidy to a high standard.

At no point did I get told it was on the 2nd floor!! For a lady with medical needs this was a challenge to climb the stairs and when I left I hit my head on the ceiling on the stairs. Also I couldn't find a cup small enough to go in the coffee machine!

"Perfect Clifton Get Away Pad"

Location and apartment (comfort and cleanliness)

Couldn't be helped but we struggled to sleep with the bright street lights. Our fault for living in the dark countryside ha ha.
