"Saved the day for somewhere to stay while away to play."

It's was conveniently close to family whom I was visiting for a 40th birthday. And better than a hotel , we could all be together. Also the fact it was a much better price that booking a hotel. If it's available any time I want to visit family again I will be booking.

Clean and equipped with every thing needed .

Although parking is available right outside but street is really narrow. I had to park my car out on the road so I don't block the traffic.

"Good place to stay in Burnley if you like space and your own kitchen and bathroom"

Great support from the owner, this was a clean and well equipped terraced house on a quiet side road.

Bedroom was cold but that could have been a combination of very cold weather and my inability to figure out the radiator.

it was clean throughout

there was no tv aerial so couldn’t watch tele . it was quite damp in certain areas . cars pulled up at 2 in the morning chatting with the engine on for an hour( but that’s not the property’s fault ).
