Place was awful

Everything, wasn't clean with stains everywhere dangerous stairs random holes in wall with decorations peeling a door hanging of, old milk and eggs the list goes on, seller even blocked my number to refuse refund

it had everything that we ‘needed’

The strong smell of cannabis on the lower floor as we arrived. All of the radiators were on FULL blast ‘drying towels’ on arrival, subsequently the property was ridiculously hot. There was still washing in the washing machine and the upstairs bathroom had clearly just been used (still wet). There was still unused milk in the fridge. To advertise as “5 Star” is an overstatement. Nevertheless it was comfortable. Over priced and definitely overstated for a terraced house in a built up area. Clearly a HMO, that is rented out for the night when the opportunity arises. Pillow cases and duvet cover still smelt of previous occupant. Not clean. Sorry for the review, but have to call it as we saw it.
