"Pleasant"

The place served its purpose, but nothing more. There was no tv, ref, or even wifi. Parking was on the street on a first come, first served basis. We had to pay extra for requesting cookware products. The place is really just for sleeping at night after being out supposedly the entire day.

The location sucks, but you really get what you pay for.

What you see in the picture is what you see in the property except the bed frame but the size is the same. The area was quiet and you can have a restful night.

The area was outside the city proper. Although there is a store nearby, it is better to buy your necessities before going to the property. Also, SMART telecom signal was week. I do not know if other telcos provide good signal. The property will be best if you have your own mode of transportation with you.
