"the place is not suitable"

This is not a place, it is a storage room, no window (what you can see in the picture is the entrance door), a small window in the room overlooks the wall, right next to the ground (no mosquito net). In the bathroom, a terrace window flush with the ground through which spiders can enter (no mosquito net). You can smell fungus/mold and see it on the walls in many places. No ventilation (the fan is just a dummy). The installed air conditioner does not help. The place is located right next to the railway line, the noise of passing trains sounds like an earthquake.
