Great location for the beach, food and the supermarket. It's also easy to catch a bus into Funchal, just watch out for the timing and route of return buses. The apartment feels very big and is nice and airy with the windows open. Other reviews mentioned dogs barking - this does happen but it's infrequent and it only seemed to happen during the daytime. Sound does travel from other apartments but again goes quiet at night. Check in was very easy, I had a very pleasant stay here!

Good location for travel by car, it's not far away from higway. There is a parking space #45 in garage at ground floor. You should agree on arival time and wait in front of garage door #3 in case you have a car. Othervise it's a narrow uphill street and you must to park a car somehow for waiting. Nice view from balcony.

Single bedroom #2 is without windows. There isn't such information in description or photos.

this apartment is very comfortable, clean and has a great view to the beach. the owner is friendly and supported us in everything we needed. very recommended for a group of 4-5 people.

the steep street demands a bit of your driving skills, but it’s totally manageable.

The street leading to the flat was quite steep, but it was ok with the car. December weather was a bit windy and wet, but it is winter after all. Maybe some real green plant in the flat or on the balcony would be nice.
