"Prima appartementen, van alle gemakken voorzien met een fijn zwembad met uitzicht op zee."

Het uitzicht op zee. De rustige ligging, makkelijk parkeren. Prima locatie.

De badkamer en met name de douche zou een opknapbeurt mogen hebben.

Freundlicher Empfang am späten Abend. Wir hatten das Appartement gebucht weil unser Flug storniert wurde. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, großzügig und sauber. An unserem Appartement gab es an jedem Zimmer einen Balkon mit Poolblick.

Für längere Aufenthalte mit vier Personen ist das Bad klein.

Łazienka nadająca się do remontu kapitalnego , proponuje aby właściciel wziął prysznic , nie dość że mała rozpadająca się kabina to deszczownica na wysokości oczu. Apartament z możliwością spania 5 osób, a w kuchni dwa kubki , ogólnie bieda straszna w naczyniach , Mała lodówka Brak grzejnika , brak ogrzewania Cały teren przed basenem codziennie wystawa suszarek z praniem pościeli i ręczników chyba z całej Madery

Bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Przemiły personel, który przesłał nam obszerny przewodnik po Maderze. Widok na ocean i dostęp do basenu.

Завищена ціна для такої якості житла. Апартаменти старі, неохайні та потребують оновлення. Меблі, техніка та постіль сильно зношені, диван продавлений. Усе виглядає випадково зібраним без комфорту та нормального дизайну. Ковдра була накрита двома простирадлами замість підковдри, що негігієнічно. Вид на океан є лише біля басейну. Парковка лише вздовж вулиці. Загалом апартаменти не відповідають своїй ціні та потребують ремонту й оновлення для комфортного перебування гостей.

"Excellent"

Le logement est agréable et plutôt bien placé. Il est équipé de l'essentiel. Une piscine partagée avec les autres logements est disponbile, mais nous n'avons pas pu nous y baigner car en avril l'eau est encore un peu fraiche. Il n'y a pas de parking, mais les places juste en face dans la rue sont régulièrement libres, et sinon un autre parking à 100m est toujours libre.

Une ventilation dans la salle de bain serait un plus. Comme il n'y a pas de fenêtre, on sent un peu l'humidité.
