Fantastic central location and lovely to look out on the harbour. Also shady by mid morning so no full sunshine means you can use it all day if you wish.

Over a trendy fish restaurant so sometimes, though rarely a fishy smell from the kitchen if you open bedroom window. Also access is in back where restaurant staff smoke and park.

Outstanding location close to Centre of old town and the marina. Well appointed and comfortable with plenty of space and a great balcony. Comfortable beds.

Out of the control of the hosts but this apartment in the building is directly above the kitchen of the restaurant on the ground floor. This makes it difficult to sleep until about midnight and one night they were still banging around at 1:30am. I think the other apartments wouldn’t have the same issue.

Bellow is a restaurant and there is little or no noise insulation. We didn’t sleep for 4 nights

Wasn't very clean. The kitchen sink had food in it. Open cookies on the table. Not enough amenities in the bathroom. No garbage bags as stated in the book. We had to wash our own towels. Rules stating extra would occur. The couch didn't open to bed like I was told several times. The washing machine was very loud and the instructions weren't clear enough. The location was very good.
