Cascais Seaside Duplex - 200m from the beach!

Très bien situé,joli, soigné...

Très mal insonorisé,surtout quand vous avez la malchance d' avoir des locataires au dessus..Quand ils marche on croirait que il sont dans le même appartement......Manque de volet ou rideau opaque dans les chambres.

The location was absolutely perfect. Beds were comfortable

There were only 3 cups and the one had a nasty black crack. The main bedroom bedside lamp was not working. The shower had very bad mold. The apt was nicely furnished but the sofa and mat could do with deep cleaning. Pity that the building had so few windows. One felt quite "closed in"

The following was reported but not attended to: aircon & blind in main bedroom not working and light in small bedroom fallen out ceiling and bedding in small bedroom not sufficient. Also we found only 3 tea cups and one badly cracked. We found the shower full of mould at bottom with NO place to put soap shampoos etc. we also found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen - sent photo and no response.

Excellent location, apartment very comfortable and cosy and spacious.

Definitely needs an update, clean but tired, not well equipped with utensils, glasses. Rug in main living area very stained, freezer not working properly, Bathroom tired and worn, toilet stained with limescale. For the price I would of expected a basic welcome pack on arrival like water and bread and milk.

very modern and location superb, some issues with broken blinds and a street light shining in all night. That aside a great place to stay.

Location and a nice place.

Bright lights shining in main sleeping room, 2nd room has bed that when you pull out you can’t open door and parking (free is far away).

No balcony. Quite basic for the price.
