GBSuperb location. Short walk from train station and an even shorter walk to beach! Right in the heart of old town, directly on the main square next to cathedral. A wonderful apartment with two roof terraces, perfect for different times of day and night. Spectacular view from roof. Extremely helpful and pleasant owner. Would definitely stay again.
GBThe apartment was lovely and clean and in a great location. Surprisingly quiet too. There was a laundry room with a second toilet and a proper, fully functioning shower which was useful, and there was plenty of hot water. We were provided with lots of fresh towels, and the bedding was clean and good quality. It was nice to stay in accommodation that wasn't typical of a holiday home - the décor and furnishings gave the place lots of character. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating - I made a special request for flowers and wine on arrival which was made available. We required use of the sofa bed and one of the double beds made into 2 singles, which was done soon after we arrived.
Although attractively furnished, the choice of furniture/furnishings could have been a bit more practical - e.g. more shelving/hangers to put away clothes etc. Better, cosier lighting would have made a big difference to the atmosphere too. The kitchen was overall very well equipped, but a few mugs, and a full set of matching glasses for the number of guests would have been useful. It was a bit chilly in the evenings, and it wasn't too clear how to use the heating (though to be fair we didn't try to find out). The apartment is advertised for up to 6 adults, but I think it would be a squash - especially if privacy were important.

The beds in the second bedroom were rock hard. The lounge room was really inadequate. A two seater couch is not enough for a 6 person apartment. Where is a group supposed to sit to watch the offered cable movies??The only place to congregate is around tables. Quality new mattresses and a large extra sofa, plus an umbrella on the roof terrace would make this place ideal.
