Marlin Cottage

We immediately were made to feel 100% part of the Rensburg's home & town!

Nothing....or perhaps the rain😉

Marlin Cottage was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable with a wonderful garden and outside sitting area, complete with ready laid braai. Only a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach and handy for local shops and restaurants and the petrol pump. But best of all were our wonderful hosts, Margie and Christopher, who were both so kind and attentive, making us feel totally at home. They were both really approachable and very good fun!

There wasn’t anything not to like, it was quite delightful.

Our hosts were wonderful - very welcoming, and helpful. Willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. We felt like old friends after 24 hours! Excellent location close to beach, lovely outdoor area and braai, with fire prepared by our host. The solar power was a bonus - we did not feel any effects of load-shedding.

Nothing could have been better.

The hosts were very friendly and of great assistance. They were in the premises always, ensuring that our needs are met as guests & advising us of other places of interest we could visit at Chintsa and its surroundings.The Cottage was very neat and spacious. The undercover Braai area was well equipped, next to a beautiful flower garden.The beach was just close by, restaurants and shops were accessible. Everything was within a walking distance , no need to drive around. Marlin Cottage is suitable for all age groups if couples want a getaway sanctuary to relax and have a great time.

All our needs were met beyond our expectations. Rating: 10/10

The couple who rents out the place are wonderful people. Beds are comfortable! If you like to braai, you have a part of the garden incl braai and seating area to yourself.

The green chairs are quite hard to sit on, not really a place to hang and relax on.
