"No doubt: The place to stay in Coimbra"

The flat is awesome. Great location, all commodities and super comfy bed. Paulo (the host) is just great!. Communication was super easy with him and he gave us several tips for our stay at Coimbra.

Great location on a pedestrian street with easy (steep) access to sites in the University. Very spacious accommodation, and a kind host who welcomed us when we arrived. It became calm and peaceful once again after the students had had their (just once a year) freshers' parade - and we had a great view looking down on them in the street below. All very entertaining. :-) All good!!! :-)

The students had their freshers' fiesta the week we stayed, (roughly the beginning of October) which was more than a little noisy through the night.

"a lovely short break with great food in a beautiful place"

in the heart of everything….. really comfortable, roomy and well equipped

the noise at night was a bit of an issue…. to be expected I suppose with the restaurant below but local residents were also very noisy when coming and going in the early hours.
