Appartement difficile a trouver car aucune indication L’arrivée n’a pas été simple : aucune photo ne montrait l’entrée du bâtiment, rendant la localisation difficile. Nous avons dû demander des précisions à l’hôte, ce qui aurait pu être évité avec une photo du lieu. Départ obligatoire à 10h sans concession Le samedi, l’hôte nous écrit pour demander notre heure de départ. Nous répondons 11h, mais elle exige que nous quittions à 10h "conformément aux conditions Booking", sans flexibilité possible, car elle dit attendre d'autres voyageurs. Nous respectons l’heure, descendons nos bagages… pour découvrir que le parking est fermé jusqu’au lundi matin. Parking conseillé… mais impossible d’en sortir le dimanche ! L’hôte nous a recommandé de nous garer au parking "Parkhaus Theater" à 20€/jour. Malheureusement, elle omet un détail crucial : CE PARKING FERME DE SAMEDI MINUIT A LUNDI 7H. RESULTAT,IMPOSSIBLE DE RECUPERER NOTRE VEHICULE LE DIMANCHE JOUR DU DEPART. Nous étions à la rue avec tous nos bagages par 35° à 10h du Matin. Aucune indication visible, pas de numéro d’appel affiché, et personne à contacter. Les commerçants du quartier nous apprennent que c’est une pratique courante en Allemagne pour certains parkings d'ailleurs totalement automatiques, un vrai paradoxe. Aucune aide, juste un “désolé” de la part de l'hôte. Informée de la situation, l’hôte se contente d’un simple “désolé”, sans proposer la moindre solution, aucune aide de sa part. Nous cherchons nous-mêmes le gestionnaire du parking, appelons sans succès, allons même jusqu’au commissariat, rien n'y fait faut attendre lundi matin 7h. Nous étions 4, 2 d'entre nous doivent prendre l'avion a Paris pour Montréal. Heureusement ils ont trouvé une place de train pour Paris => Hôtel à Roissy aéroport. Nous avons du prendre un hôtel a Cologne pour attendre lundi 7h, avertir nos employeurs.

Excellent location,clear instructions given regarding key collection, especially given we arrived very late.clean comfortable apartment.beds were fine.excellent wifi,which is a bonus Shops,cafes, Bakery just below the apartment, also excellent Thai restaurant as well.Lidl supermarket 5 min walk away.close to bus and tram

Could do with better quality towels ,and providing a hand/kitchen towel would be useful Also few more diswasher tablets , as we stayed 4 nites and only 2 were provided.given the central ll busy location,was a bit noisy at night..however this will be the case of most central accommodations

Except for the location, nothing was good

Beds were not comfortable. They were dirty and smelly. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. Basic things were not there in the kitchen. We reached at 11 am and waited till 3 pm outside the property. My wife was not feeling well so I requested the landlord for an early check in. She said it's not her problem.

Location was great!

There was kitchen, but table with chairs wasn't. Bed linen was dark in color and it wasn't pleasant.

Good location. Walking distance to everywhere

No curtains in the living room. At night we couldn't sleep or sit and watch TV comftarbley because it was viable from outside.

The location was comfortable

The furniture was old and not in the best condition
