Sapphire delight - 1 bedroom private room

We loved the studio. It was exceptionally clean. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was heaven. The bed was so comfy, just like home. We also loved being greeted by Ted the dog at his enclosure we got lots of pats. Thank you for having us. Give Ted a big hug from us….

Great place to rest your head. Place was very tidy and private.

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped and comfortable. Powerful shower with nice toiletries, good WiFi and Netflix. The bed was really comfortable. The description doesn't state there is WiFi, so we weren't expecting it, so it was a nice surprise

It's not really walkable into town, so a car is definitely needed. The kitchen area would be better tiled rather than carpeted in case of spills. Every time I made a coffee, I was bothered about drips on the carpet!

Comfortable private space. Clean and cosy with a very comfortable bed and nice shower. The kitchenette also was well equipped.

The room got quite warm in the summer afternoon and there were no fly screens on the windows so the bugs came inside while we had the windows open to cool down the room at night. Not really a big problem though.

Great facility & great bed, very comfortable, modern & clean.

Coffee was terrible, and there was a plunger with no plunger coffee as per originally stated there would be plunger coffee & instant coffee available. When asked for plunger coffee this was declined. Oat milk was requested & said it would be supplied but not delivered.
