Besonders gefallen hat mir der Service. Wir erhielten einen Rabatt im Restaurant und ein kostenloses Getränk. Die Bedienung dort war sehr nett und der Manager des Apartments war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Brał stołu do śniadania - brak kompletu sztućców i straszny halas- ale było to niezapomniane przeżycie. Pół nocy jakby na imprezie . Na jedną noc ok

Problem był z wodą w spłuczce w toalecie. Była tak przykręcona, że był problem z spłukaniem. Po zgłoszeniu nic się nie zmieniło.

Very disappointing experience for our family Hello. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience during our stay. The check-in process was fine, and the location was acceptable – the apartment was on the top floor, it was hot outside, but the windows helped with ventilation, so that was manageable. However, the condition of the apartment left much to be desired. The bed had attached lamps with visibly broken electrical wires – a serious safety hazard. The bed itself was poorly assembled with exposed metal parts and screws, looking like a low-quality DIY project. The mattress was partially broken and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean, and so were the towels and bedsheets – this was the only positive aspect. However, after staying a few nights, both I and my children developed bites from bedbugs or other invisible insects. Even after returning home, we are still dealing with the consequences of this. Overall, this was a very upsetting experience for us, and we cannot recommend this place to others.
