Bagno Cozy Studio

The location is good, especially for the reasons I needed it. The style of the kitchen and the apartment in general, without considering the current condition of it, was according to my taste.

The apartment needs better cleaning and some serious repairs. The blinds were dirty and damaged, the shower door was removed and hidden behind the closet (water goes outside the shower when you use it), the tap in the kitchen sink is very rusty, the ceiling is damaged and has holes in various points, the freezer and the oven are extremely dirty, some light bulbs were not working, cupboards are damaged, some items in the kitchen were dirty (kitchen counter, kettle, mat to dry the dishes), the shower head is damaged and there's no base to put it (it's broken) and the pillows are very old. I truly recommend bringing your own pillow if you have the possibility. For a stay longer than 2 days, the apartment can be quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the communication with the owner was disappointing. I was told I would be informed about the time of check-in and I never received any message. I also informed twice about the time I will check out and I was still asked about the time of check-out for the 3rd time. Nevertheless, bad communication can always appear due to translation issues or current personal issues of the owner, so I do not want to focus on that.

The location and the view are great! Overall, the apartment is quite comfortable, although a bit small.

There was neither a microwave nor an extractor fan. The bathroom door needs repair. However, it did not affect the overall impression.

Extremely hot in early summer. Had to open the front door to the apartment very wide to get any kind of ventilation, which was awkward when neighbors came by. Hard to sleep at night. Very few kitchen utensils (like one fork / one knife / one spoon haha). Also appeared to be in an affordable housing complex, which is super depressing to know that basically this hotel room should be someone's affordable studio apartment. :( I was not able to understand this from the pictures.

The location is perfect, that's for sure. The studio is cute, the view also.. the check in process was really easy. Fair price.

The bathroom is really small and the bed matress was a bit too soft for me.
