good location, spacious and comfortable. two bathrooms useful for larger group! handy for downtown Warsaw and also easy connection via tram to Warsaw central station. very good value for money.

the only common area is the kitchen- which has a table and four chairs so suited us fine! there is a large corner sofa and larger dining table in the biggest bedroom but that may not suit the dynamic of every group. also a few minor maintenance jobs needed when we were there (may soon be fixed!) but nothing that caused us a problem.

Brilliant location, 10 minute taxi to the center, perfect size for our small family, surrounded by great restaurants, shops and 30 secs to public transport

Bar the building work outside, which isn't the fault of the owner there was nothing
