Lokalizacja.

Trochę poniszczony pokój, jeden wieszak, brak komody/półki w szafce żeby wypakować ubrania, brudne okna, ściany z kartongipsu, materac zapadnięty na środku, ciasne schody (co w przypadku ewakuacji lub pomocy służb medycznych).

"Obiekt ma potencjał, ale powinien być odnowiony."

Lokalizacja na plus - blisko do komunikacji miejskiej. Blisko do sklepów spożywczych i na dole była restauracja z chińskim jedzeniem. Pokój ładny, ale niezbyt zadbany. Telewizor działał normalnie. Czytając opinie spodziewałam się czegoś gorszego, ale nie było tragedii. Na jedną noc moim zdaniem OK. Kontakt z obiektem również na plus.

Odpadające klamki w łazience i w drzwiach od pokoju, brudna pościel i bardzo cienkie ściany - wszystko było słychać. Niezbyt zadbana łazienka - lekko popękane płytki i niezadbane meble.
