Our main issue is the temperature level in the apartment. Although there is heating in the apartment, the cold from outside is strongly coming in through the windows. Therefore, the apartment feels quite chilly, as you can feel the breeze while sitting and the floor is extremely cold. It doesn’t appear to be suitable to stay here during the cold days. Our second concern is the hygiene in this apartment. As soon as we walked in to the apartment and inspected it we have found out a few problems: Stains on the couch, that are wet, we have no idea what has been done there. Also, the bathroom has hair and other weird substance(s) on the floor. As we checked out the apartment further, we found the dishes to be left dirty and unhygienic as well as the walls having weird smears on them, right next to where persons head should be while sleeping. Third issue we have ran into is the smell. There is a strong smell of cigarettes lingering in the air. Therefore we feel troubled about staying here.

The room was dirty. The wardrobe only opened with force, and it was dirty inside as well. The hairdryer didn’t work. In the shower, the door didn’t close properly, and water leaked out. We waited until 4 PM for check-in, but the room was still dusty and the dishes were not properly cleaned. The only positive aspect is the location — it’s in the city center with good transport connections, which somewhat compensates for the negatives.
