There was everything we needed and close to Bath

Cosy, warm and comfortable. Met our needs for a perfect night's stay with peace and quiet. Joanna was a perfect host. although we didn't meet her, she provided clear instructions to find the Annexe as well as how to access the key and answered all our questions promptly. Kindly she put the heating on ready for our arrival, which made a big difference on a very wet and cold afternoon arrival.

well furnished one-room annexe on a suburban estate. Well equipped. with private drive, and privacy. Excellent for work in the area. owner nearby and quick to respond.

Some distance from amenities and the heating is a little tricky to adapt (although the owner was very helpful).

Great well thought out apartment, all facilities you need. Very clean.

For me lacked the 'cosy' factor. Could be a bit warmer. Plumbing a bit noisy, which I'm sure can't be helped.

Easy collection from key box outside property - easy access

A very well designed studio apartment which was fitted out to a high standard. It was great being able to park immediately outside as there was only a very short walk to carry our bags in. In fact we managed to park two cars in the space, although it was a squeeze. Contact with the owners by email was very good.

Clean with comfortable bed & good facilities.

Didn’t expect the description of apartment to be a converted double garage but it was a nice compact room.

Breakfast was great and the location was just what we needed

No top sheet on bed.
