The flat is small but its cleanliness was exceptional. The host was very communicative and available for any need and question! We had a little problem with the water heater - promptly solved by the host, even though it was midnight. She offered to drive to the apartment to resolve the issue!

"Superb"

The location was exactly like in the description. We looked for a family location with possibility to have our own program. In order to visit as many sites as possible we planned to eat breakfast and dinner at home. Very nice owner, we have received all the support we need it. You also have free parking space for you car. The apartment was clean, spacious, with all the confort and equipment need it to prepare a quick meal for a family with kids. Location was relatively close (40min) to the historical area (Duomo plaza) : 5 stops with bus 327 and metro M1 (end of line Bisceglie). Both, bus and metro are coming at 2-5min , so you do not wait to long. There are shops around the location including Eurospin and Lidl, if you require some shopping. Easy exist from Milan for a short trip to Como (45min) – if you have time. We fully recommend the location.

"Very good"

The host was very communicative - I always got a reply back in minutes. She was able to solve all the issues immediately:) The flat is small but clean and comfy, there is even a balcony with the view to the courtyard where local people meet and with shops. The flat is on the 3rd floor so you are not bothered by their noise, it´ s just charming to watch the local life from above... There is a lot of possibilities how to get to centre (buses, train, tram).

It is really quite far from the centre especially when you take a tram which goes super super slowly and is always crowded... Buses can get into a traffic jam on the other hand. We didn´t find any "the best" solution... Probably bus/metro would be the fastest, took us about 40 minutes to get to Duomo.
