Lokalizacja w centrum miasta z uciążliwym tramwajem obok lecz bez uwag i pretensji - coś za coś. Miłym gestem było by znaleźć rano butelkę wody - o którą sam nie zadbałem.

Mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone (kuchnia i łazienka), idealne na jedną noc lub weekend, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, łatwy kontakt z gospodarzem.

Skrzypiąca, krzywa podłoga ukryta pod dywanem, w mieszkaniu było czysto, ale widać, że apartament nie jest najnowszy - widać zniszczenia na ścianach, drobną pleśń w łazience, a chyba najgorszym elementem było niewygodne łóżko.
