The location is perfect, and the apartment was clean and organized. It is good for a single person or maybe two people. It had some extras like toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. WiFi worked well, and there's an elevator

no A/C, just a fan or heating system. For me it was ok because I was there at the end of September.
