La finestra sul Teatro

Everything we possibly needed was there. It was spacious, immaculate, and right in the center of town. Rosanna was positively lovely. Free parking a nice little hike away.

Love the location with wonderful views of the town square. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped with coffee. The host decorated the room with a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations that made it really special for the holidays. The view of the city holiday lights made our holiday truly magical. We were so grateful to find this beautiful place!

Rosana was nice, friendly and gave us very helpful information. We had an excellent stay and the location was right in the town.

We loved everything about this remarkable apartment. It was perfectly located overlooking the main piazza so we could enjoy our morning activities, then return easily for a 'siesta' and then go down to a nearby bar for our daily aperitivo. Or we could also watch the daily activities from the window. At the same time it was very quiet at night. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, delightfully decorated and includes everything you could need for self catering. Added extras were tissues, paper towel, tea towels (very rare in most apartments), washing machine pods, dishwasher liquid, olive oil, condiments etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and the lighting effective. There were plenty of power points. Then, to top it all off, our host Rossana and her daughter Beatrice were so helpful and generous. We loved our visit to Cortona, and it was made even more special by staying in La finestra sul Teatro.

Everything was fantastic! This was our second stay and we will be back again! Rossana is a wonderful host.
