Bardzo fajna lokalizacja chociaż czasami w nocy budzi karetka na sygnale z uwagi na bliskość szpitala . Fajny budynku super patio bardzo dobre wyposażenie. Dużo zieleni stacja metra dosłownie pod nosem.
