Zariadenie bytu je v katastrofálnom stave. Byt už potrebuje značnú rekonštrukciu a vybavenie. Komunikácia s majiteľom žiadna.

Super lokalizacja w samym centrum.

Mieszkanie mocno zużyte, wymagające remontu. Tv nie działa, gniazda w kuchni też nie, w łazience zapleśniałe fugi, nie odważyłam się wykąpać. Łóżko w miarę wygodne, ale kołdra jak dla dziecka. Kanapa połamana i bardzo brudna. Sąsiedztwo patologia. Ogólnie nie wygląda jak na zdjęciach, nie polecam tego obiektu.
