Casa Gacela Cozumel

Un departamento muy bonito.

I liked the close proximity to shops and restaurants.

It was next to a busy street but it wasn't really that bad.

The location of the apartment was great as it was centrally located. I felt safe and secure. It was clean and nicely furnished. The bedroom and the living room furniture were comfortable. Good water pressure. The owners were close by so when I needed help they were right there.

Tidy and spacious apartment and kind hosts.

The apartment is not at all sound proof and the neighbour was playing loud music all night from around 6pm-6am every night that we stayed and we were unable to sleep. It is also located on a busy road so there was a lot of street noise. The curtains are see through so the bedrooms are lit up by the streetlights at nighttime.

I recently stayed at Casa Gacela Cozumel with two other guests and absolutely loved it! Our hosts were amazing and available to help us with whatever we needed when needed through the entire duration of our stay. The kitchen was stocked with many items to cook and eat with and has everything needed. Beds and other furniture were very comfortable, a nice private balcony, all this with reliable fast wifi and AC included! The property is modern, kept meticulously neat and tidy, well located near a large indoor market, downtown, and the airport amongst many others. Even after many years visiting Cozumel, we managed to find 3 new restaurants a couple blocks away from this place, having our best meat and shrimp tacos so far, and with an unbelievable oven pizza! Surely there's more to discover, so we are planning to use this place again and highly recommend it!

Hosts were super nice and ready to take care of anything I needed. Inexpensive for such a large place. Right on main road so easy to get anywhere by car or by foot. Less that 10 min drive to the port & main tourist area. Less than 30 min walk to the same. Close to good restaurants, aways from the hordes or tourists flooding in from cruise ships. Would be happy to stay there again.

Water pressure was a little light but certainly not a problem. Road could be a bit noisy at night.

Huge apartment! Awesome balcony and sun deck! Beautiful tile throughout. Comfortable bed! Full size fridge and stove!The hosts were great and spoke English great! We scuba and shopped for 2 weeks with a rented scooter and had no problems. Great view of the main road and walking distance from food and groceries. This is our 3rd (and best!) visit to Cozumel.
