THE HOST WAS NICE AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR REQUESTS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE FREE DRINKING WATER. THE LOCATION WAS WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO MR. TACO AND LE MISSION RESTAURANTS, A SMALL SUPERMARKET AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE PLACES.

THE LOCATION IS NOT IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD. THERE WERE TWO VERY RUSTED AND OLD VEHICLES PARKED DIRECTLY IN FRONT ON THE PLACE. ALSO THERE WAS A LOT OF JUNK AND DEBRIS/GARBAGE ON OR NEAR THE STREET THAT WE HAD TO WALK BY, WHICH WAS NOT GREAT TO SEE. THE PLACE INSIDE IS VERY SMALL. WE ENDED UP USING THE COFFEE TABLE TO SIT ON TO HAVE OUR MEALS.

The hosts were such wonderful and kind people - they went out of their way to make us comfortable and even had basic essentials in the kitchen and a large bottle of water when we arrived late. The place was clean and tidy and a very slick operation with fast internet. Would love to stay again. We hired a scooter and the hosts let us park it inside the gate and gave us rain jackets when it was raining. Wonderful and caring hosts - in a lovely location

Nothing

It’s like at home, everything was fine and worked well, good Wi-Fi, clima, well equipped apartment with lovely details and it was also very clean! Yoli want to explain you multiple ways to reach the centre in few minutes! They’re also multiple ways to reach the beaches, if you want to rent a bike or scooter she will arrange it for you. Personally I was in Cozumel as an Ironman participant and I reached the start line without stress in the race morning, I had also the vantage of a kitchen to cook my meals for the carbo loading. Yoli came also along the course to cheer on! It was a beautiful stay on the island that we won’t forget!!!

Lovely place with the most amazing host! She made us feel very welcome and it was nice to have someone to ask questions about the island as well. There was big jug of water, coffee and tea waiting for us

It's a 20 min walk from the centre.. but it was nice to get the steps in though! 🚶‍♂️we would still give this place 10/10 because we knew where it was when we booked in

Very Amazing place to stay ! Yasmin and her husband were so kind and nice ! I recommand staying there, it is great !!

The hosts are amazing people. Very accommodating and friendly. The internet is fantastic, great tv selection (it rained while we were there). The bed was really comfortable.

The place is like a small apartment, very well designed. The hosts are extremely friendly and seem to have thought about every detail to make our stay comfortable. We had a big jug of drinking water. Coffee. Everything needed to cook. They sent us information about places to eat and visit.

It is definitely off center. We enjoyed being in a more local neighborhood but it is a bit far from the center of Cozumel.
