The place is very clean. Excellentl location. It has everything you need. It was missing a coffee maker which was provided when I asked for one. The AC works great, and the bed was comfortable.

You can hear the noise on the street, but I was able to sleep comfortably.

Everything you needed. Clean and very nice. Owner answered right away when we had a question. Would stay again. Best beds we have had in Mexico.

The only problem was the traffic noise. This is to be expected do to the location.

only negative is the noise. There's an open gap all around the door and 2 feet outside the door cars and trucks are driving all day and night. It sounds as if they are driving in the room.

REALLY noisy so we couldn’t sleep more than a few hours each night, which really impacted our overall experience in Cozumel… - nearby bars blast music often past midnight - the room is right on the street so you hear every car that drives past (and cars in Cozumel are very loud), can also hear every word of conversation from passersby - the windows, which don’t fully close, face a shared driveway, so every early morning you hear the neighbors starting up their motorbikes a few feet from the bed - a very loud bird (?) lives near the windows that chirps intermittently - the AC in the room was also really loud, so we turned it off overnight
