Balkon mit Sonnenseite. Moderne Einrichtung. Eigener Parkplatz. Sehr zentral (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Strand).

Ausstattung der Küche etwas dürftig (Schneidebretter,Geschirr etwas aufstocken). Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist der Geräuschpegel doch lauter,da die Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone mit Kopfsteinpflaster liegt.
