Brz dogovor oko preuzimanja ključeva, osiguran parking ispred objekta, preko noći je zaista mirno i tiho, apartman je bio čist, tramvajska stanica nije daleko.

Neke sitnice bi se mogle poboljšati. Jastuci su loši, poklopac daske od wc školjke se stalno sam spušta, miris vlage ispred ulaza u apartman zbog podruma.
