Zentrale Lage

Ich habe Verständnis, dass man die Reparaturen im Treppenhaus bei der Ausschreibung nicht erwähnt. Die Information betreffend Preise im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus waren jedoch stark untertrieben. Ich musste ein mehrfaches von dem vom Vermieter angegebenen Preis bezahlen.
