Considero que el inmueble no reúne las condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad. Todo el edificio está desalojado, tan solo en la última planta, al menos este hotel, permanece dando servicio. La habitación está correcta pero el resto del edificio también forma parte de la experiencia, hay polvo, suciedad, desorden, no hay luz, hay herramientas y barreras físicas con las que te puedes hacer daño, el aspecto nocturno da miedo y la puerta de la entrada ha estado abierta en todo momento. Es un edificio en reforma que debería estar clausurado al público. Booking me ha decepcionado por ofrecer unas condiciones pésimas, espero de una web de esta calidad que restrinja opciones así.

Muy cerca del centro de Zagreb. La dueña súper amable para darnos las indicaciones del check in. El alojamiento estaba bien

La dueña nos avisó que la zona de la entrada y escaleras para subir estaba en obras. Al estar de vacaciones y empezar muy pronto con el ruido, era bastante molesto.

Ubicación

Cuarto piso sin ascensor, hay q subir las maletas en verano con tanto calor me mareé al llegar arriba. Estaba en obras las escaleras había mucho polvo y estaban trabajando (es normal), pero deberían esperar a que terminasen las obras para ofrecer habitaciones.

La ubicación. En el centro.

El alojamiento es muy pequeño y hay que subir y bajar cuatro pisos altos sin acensor cada vez que quieres ir a comer algo o conocer algo.
