Apartamento Pine Beach en Alcudia

We spent a very nice summer holiday in this flat. We were there with our two boys who are 14 and 12 years old. Although there were only few opinions on Booking we took the risk to book it and did not regret. The communication with the rental company was just perfect, we always got immediate responses to our questions at arrival. The flat was very clean and quite spacy (one living room, 2 big bedrooms and a small one). We enjoyed the breakfasts on the large balcony (which is equipped with large sun awnings - useful in the afternoon). The flat is situated along a main street and some might found it a bit noisy. Although we are quite sensitive to noise, we really had good nights. The windows are equipped with shutters which allows to sleep in the dark. The beach is only 4-5 minutes walk from the flat which is fantastic. We found some very good restaurants nearby (our preferred was Dos Pins Grill & Restaurant and S'alhambra but this second is a bit further away). Many shops can be found on the other side of the street where you can buy bread, water etc. There is a LIDL which is 10 min from there (by walking). The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. You can park your car on the street for free, this was a big plus as we rented a car for the last 7 days.

The A/C unit was the only thing which was not clean. You could only notice it when putting it on. We informed the owner about it. However the flat is equipped with roof ventilators (in the living room and in the 2 large bedrooms) which we really liked and these were sufficient for us so we did not had to use the A/C anymore. I am now thinking about buying such ventilators in my flat :).
