Beautiful, clean terraced house on the outskirts of Alcudia. Fully equipped, especially for cyclists (tools, bike storage). Three bedrooms with six beds available, good size for 3-4 people, with 6 people it might be a bit cramped. Two bathrooms, one of which is not ventilated, and therefore more useful as an emergency solution. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room. Comfortable living room, outdoor area with tables and sun loungers, beautiful pool in the complex which is also rarely used. Everything necessary available in the surrounding area: Supermarket, hardware store, bakery, various pubs of all kinds. The beach is within walking distance (15 min), the harbor is also within walking distance (25 min). Victor, the landlord, was very friendly, courteous and tried to help immediately with problems of all kinds. Points of criticism would be the lack of towel rails in the bathroom (probably more common in Spain) and the unventilated emergency bathroom. We also had a lot of mosquitoes, so we sorely missed fly screens on the windows and doors. All in all, a very nice accommodation that we can recommend without reservation! Villa was well prepared for a group of 6 people, starting from the cleanliness, moving on to equipment and additional amenities. The host was very communicative and helpful, one of the best I have ever met. I’d like to recommend this place for everyone and I will definitely come back here.

We had an n amazing stay here for the Mallorca half Ironman. The apartment had everything you need and was within a 15 minute walk to the beach/main restaurants. The host was very attentive - he organised our airport transfers and for our bikes to be assembled/disassembled. Great service, will definitely be staying here again next year. Gracias Victor

The location was ideal for doing tne Majorca 312 event. It was also very close to the supermarket and to get to the buses. The villa was very clean and tidy I would recommend this property to others.

The only thing I did not like was the comfort of the bed it was too soft and maybe an upgrade on the beds. The other thing was an issue outside the house with dogs barking at night, I do not think the host can change that.

Everything you could wish for was there. Victor was a wonderful host helping us from the day of the booking until the end of our stay.

The location is good. Close to the beach and the town centre but the house is somewhat overshadowed by large residential buildings.

The villa had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay WiFi was exceptional, rooms were great all with air con as was living room Pool wash shared but more than adequate Although this is primarily for cyclists we found the villa more than adequate for our needs iie a weeks away with friends to relax

Don't think there was anything I didn't particularly like.

The host was very helpful. The house was very nice. There was air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms. The pool was also nice, it is a community pool with different depths between 70cm and 210 cm.

A little bit of shade would have been helpful at the pool.

Lovely spacious house with an attractive furnished garden. Three large bedrooms with good quality mattresses, not soft and cheap and lumpy. Swimming pool was just next door with easy access through the back door. Washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ, iron, hairdryer, clothes dryer, flat screen TV etc etc etc all supplied - everything you need. Great location as 2 minutes from large Eroski supermarket, minutes from a few bars and restaurants, with main strip 10 minutes walk away. Beautiful beach 10-15 minutes too. We are already planning to come back.

Noise travels easily between properties. We were conscious of being surrounded by residential neighbours. We were cautious about playing music in the garden or house for this reason which was a shame when we were getting ready to go out for the evening or relaxing in the garden.
