Host was patient because we were delayed but she waited for us nonetheless.

No WiFi throughout our stay. Otherwise we would have rated more stars. Also, 2nd toilet was small and did not have a shower.

Super Lage und Ausblick. Großer Balkon direkt am Meer. Platz für 4 Personen zum Schlafen.

Insgesamt hat uns alles gut gefallen. Appartement hat eine gute Ausstattung. Nur geringfügige Optimierungen könnten gemacht werden. Wie z.b. das fehlende Bügeleisen. Und mehr Kochlöffel sowie Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel zur Verfügung stellen, da auch eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine da sind ;)

Der Blick aus dem Apartment ist traumhaft. Wer mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt sein möchte und gern lange aufbleibt (feiert), der ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Betten sind gut und man hat ausreichend Stauraum für seine Kleidung.

Die Terrasse hat keinen Sonnenschutz und ist lang (nicht tief). Daher ist sie zum Verweilen eher ungeeignet. Das 2. Bad war gar keins, sondern nur eine Gästetoilette. Die Lage ist sehr laut. Ansonsten gab es kleinere Mängel in Sachen Ausstattung sowie ein recht langsames WLAN.

The apartment is located close to the city center, and the initial communication with the host was quick.

We booked this apartment specifically because it was advertised with private parking, which was a key factor in our decision. Upon arrival, however, we were told there was no parking available, and later it turned out that the parking space exists but is completely unusable due to the extremely narrow entrance. This information should have been made clear in advance. The apartment was also full of mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep the first night. In addition, there was loud renovation work in the apartment below, which caused heavy noise and dust all day — something the host clearly knew about but never informed us of before our arrival. The listing is also misleading, as it advertises two bathrooms, but in reality there is only one proper bathroom. The second “bathroom” is just a small toilet located next to the kitchen. The overall condition of the apartment was poor: old and poorly maintained furniture, a dirty sofa cover, a torn outdoor mattress, and walls that were filthy and covered with mosquito stains. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, completely flat and lacking any filling, which made sleeping even more difficult. Basic essentials were also missing — no soap, only two rolls of toilet paper for four people, and no proper trash bin in the kitchen. Although the host eventually offered us another apartment, we still couldn’t rest properly there either for other reasons. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment did not match the description and is not suitable for guests in its current condition.

A small amount of upkeep is required. Pillows need replacing. We would have liked some cleaning products (only 1 cloth and some dish detergent was provided) The sofa needs cleaning. It was great having access to a car park BUT the area is filthy!

Große Wohnung im Zentrum. Viel Stauraum im Kinder- und Schlafzimmer.

Schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Zu Beginn sollten wir ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Kamen allerdings nicht. Kann man mal vergessen. Ab dem 3. Tag stank es nach faulen Eiern im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Der Gestank ging dann zwei Tage nicht weg und wir haben es gemeldet und gesagt, dass es wahrscheinlich die Klimaanlagen sind. Es sollte am nächsten Tag jemand kommen. Kam aber keiner. Hat niemanden interessiert. Schlechte Kommunikation der Müllentsorgung, so dass wir dann am Ende Stress hatten, da 100 Euro Strafe bei Nichtbeachtung der Müllentsorgung angedroht werden. Am letzten Tag sollten wir den Schlüssel in der Wohnung lassen. Die Tür lässt sich aber so nicht zuziehen. Auf diesen Einwand hin, sollten wir auch noch diesen im Büro der Geschäftsstelle vorbei bringen. Haben wir aber nicht gemacht und eine Übergabe unter Angabe der Mängeln vereinbart. Insgesamt muss man sagen, die Wohnung ist okay, allerdings muss man beachten, dass sie sich an einer Straße befindet, in der es früh laut wird und eine Kanalrinne quer über die Straße ständig überfahren wird. Parkplätze sind schwierig zu finden (Ende September) und die Tiefgarage ist nicht nutzbar, muss eklig sein und wurde uns gar nicht erst gezeigt. In den Bädern keine Ablagefläche. Auf die Anfrage ob wir zusätzlich ein Küchentuch und ein Handtuch noch bekommen könnten, wurde uns ein Handtuchwechsel für 20 Euro angeboten. Ich habe dann welche gekauft. Der Service der Vermieter hat für uns nicht gestimmt, dass konnten wir mit unserer daran anschließend gemieteten Wohnung gut vergleichen. Schade.

The staff could not have been more helpful. Extremely responsive and helped make the stay very enjoyable. Air conditioning was excellent. Brilliant location just outside Old town.

No major gripes at all. Would suggest that extra pillows might be supplied.
