Großes Appartement, liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat eine Willkommensbotschaft in der Küche hinterlassen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, kleiner Balkon zum Rauchen perfekt, genügend Platz. Und sogar 2 Toiletten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Der Abfluss in der Dusche muss mal ordentlich gereinigt werden. Das Wasser konnte nicht ablaufen.

We are very disappointed for the money we paid. We expected at least the minimum, normal, usable mattresses. It is a shame that they are not able to provide decent mattresses on any of the beds. The beds are worn out, squeaky, and the mattresses are completely unusable. Apart from the location, nothing is good. I honestly don’t understand how this place has such high ratings, it clearly feels misleading. We could have stayed one more night, but we left because we could no longer tolerate such poor accommodation. There was no soap, no detergents, nothing at all. Terrible and extremely disappointing. One of the mattresses has a hole in it, completely worn out and unusable. These kinds of mattresses should be thrown away. Booking should really pay more attention to reviews, because the reality is completely different from what is written. I trusted the ratings, which was a big mistake. I will never stay in this apartment again and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

El apartamento es muy muy amplio. Muy completo con todas las necesidades cubiertas. Muy céntrico. Se está calentito en invierno.

La cama se hundía, era incómoda. Podría cambiar el colchón.

Excellent Location, Spacious Apartment, and the host is an experienced guide who helped us plan our trip.

Die WHG ist groß, geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles sauber & ordentlich. Grundausstattung (Spühltabs f 1-3 Tage), Pril, Seife, Zewa, etc.) vorhanden - das ist toll, wenn man nur 1-2 Nächte dort ist. An der Küchenwand stand auf dem Notiz-Brett "Herzlich Willkommen" und unsere Namen - das war sehr aufmerksam. Der "Balkon" ist sehr klein, doch mir reichte er - zum Sitzen und verweilen eher nichts (in Zagreb haben die wenigsten WHG´s einen Balkon!). Zentral gelegen, Innenstadt wirklich um die Ecke, sowie ein Cafe, kl. Einkaufsladen, etc. Check-In war sehr gut - wir kamen erst um 22:30 Uhr an und der Vermieter war erreichbar und hat uns alle Infos vorab und auch während des Check-In gesendet plus Tipps. Wir durften auch beim Check-out etwas später gehen bzw. unser Gepäck dort bis Mittags stehen lassen. Danke dafür ! Alles in allem TOP!

Super Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Kinder konnten im Wohnzimmer auf dem Auszieh-Sofa schlafen, im Schlafzimmer gibt es aber auch noch ein weiteres Einzelbett. Es ist hell, weil man in der 4. Etage ist (mit Aufzug). Der Self-Check-in ist unkompliziert. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet,was man braucht. Der Host war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
