The room is really cool and spacious. The bedroom, bathrooms and kitchen were all clean. The bed was very comfortable, and that's coming from someone who has a bad back. Theo is a great host, really helpful and an all round nice guy. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking to explore Alkmaar it further afield!

The property bed and room decor was very good , heaters wifi toiletries and full kitchen are available every thing is very clean and nice the owner was very friendly too

Loved the decor in the room I was staying in. Theo was exceptionally helpful and very polite. Having toiletries, coffee and cleaning items to hand was an unexpected bonus. Great location.

The stairs were a little steep so would be difficult if you had mobility issues

I like everything: convenient location near the train station, clean house, nice design of the room, blackout curtains, comfortable bed, the kitchen has all cutlery.
