Výborná dostupnost z ubytování na stanici lanovky v lyžařském areálu Civetta - autem 5 minut. Velmi dobré pro dojíždění do dalších lyžařských areálů, např. Malga Ciapela s nástupní stanicí na Marmoládu autem 20 minut, pro zpestření lyžařského pobytu. Apartám prostorný, útulný a čistý, vhodný pro rodinu - ložnice rodičů s druhou koupelnou oddělená. Prostorná kuchyně s velkým jídelním stolem a pohodlným sedacím koutem.

Zajíždět na místo pro parkování s větším autem vyžaduje zkušenějšího řidiče - to je ale v italských horských vesnicích typické a vlastně krásné. Drobnou nepříjemností byl zápach odpadu v hlavní koupelně - zavřít dveře a v koupelně větrat problém vyřešilo.
