Silver Birch Retreat at Percy Woods

The quietness. My grandson has autism and it was perfect for him. He was reason for going away. He had great time. Caravan was clean except for small problem with food left in oven. An oversite im sure. But was not big problem. Would return again.we all had very good time. Little bit far from shops but that was OK. Thank you for experience.

Percy Woods is a lovely park and in a great location for lots of nearby attractions. The caravan itself was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The outside seating, large collection of DVDs and board games were a great bonus. We did enjoy our stay very much.

There were a few minor cleaning/attention to details issues. Such as dirty cutlery, no duvet cover/pillow cases for bedding (sofa bed) and curtains had come unhooked in places from track. The shower could be unpredictable and got extremely hot without warning (thankfully my young daughter managed to step out in time). Check-in was slightly stressful as did not receive check-in details until 5 minutes before we were due to check-in (clearly states on booking details that it would be sent the day before).

Great base to visit Northumberland area. Quiet & peaceful location

Lovely caravan , nice location, didn't do golf cos greens not maintained/bald and course not to to proper level but fairways looked lovely just need more green staff to keep up to standard. Could have done with a shop for bits of stuff like milk, and some more entertainnent /food themes in club during week

The stay was very nice, quiet, everything was there that you needed. Just outside Alnwick so no hustle or bustle. Easy to find.
