We stayed here for three nights while going to Desertfest at Trix, which is an easy 10 minute walk away, so perfect location 👌 Nice tidy and comfortable apartment, in a quiet and well-maintained block. Easy access into the city centre by tram, and handy for the ringroad if you're driving too.

The view of Antwerp from the 15th floor balcony was as described. The owner responded well when we reported the microwave part of the multi functional oven was not working. She provided us with a separate microwave at short notice. Thanks for that.

There was a lack of air conditioning (not even a fan) and lack of light blocking blinds or curtains in the living area. This caused the room to heat up in the morning like a greenhouse which was unpleasant. This was a corner apartment and the view from the bedroom and kitchen was a 10 lane freeway with a huge noise level 24/7 even with the window closed. The bed was large as described but uncomfortable and the bedsheets/duvet cover seemed to be old and were ill fitting. The plastic cover on the mattress crackled every time we moved which was disconcerting. The apartment hadn't been cleaned when we arrived and there was oily grime in the kitchen area which was unsettling and we had to clean. There was lack of cooking utensils i.e. no chopping board, grater etc.. There was no freezer compartment in the refrigerator making food choices and preparation difficult. There were a lot of mosquitos. We each finished the stay with more than 10 bites. There were no mosquito nets at the windows or over the bed. Only one single rubbish bin in the apartment - no recycling bin. On the first day of arrival there was very loud building work noise - jackhammers - coming from four floors directly below the apartment on 11k up to 8pm and again intermittently throughout our stay.

The view was fantastic! The deck spacious and deck furniture comfy. The entire unit was comfortable and functional. It's a corner unit so different view through the huge bedroom window. The building is 5 minute walk to Metro line and 10 min walk to grocery market. Very nice!

Spatious, bright and nice view towards the park. Very confortabile bed and sofa. Perfect location, not very far from the city center, very convenient in terms of arriving and leaving the city by car.

The handles of the bedroom and bathroom needed repair.we were told that the handyman was on vacation. So, we had to live with the situation. That wasn't fixed until we left on June 30th. Our apartment neighbor smoked, and the smell got into the apartment, so we had to close the balcony door often.Otherwise, sitting in the balcony was pleasant and enjoying Antwerp view. For our stay of one month- May 30 to June 30- there weren't washing machine or dishwasher; which was an inconvenience.

Everything needed updating handles falling of doors toilet / slide door to balcony / bedroom window what we were scared to open / kitchen cooker was not cleaned pots and pans the floor was in need of repair and there should of been a welcome brochure about were things were in the apartment instead of us try to figure things out what was frustrating.
