The staff were very friendly picking up the key, even though it was busy in the office they were fast and efficient at getting the queue of customers down! The beds in the apartment were comfy, the bathroom was nice and it was a good size space! The location was very central

Office to pick up the key was a 20 minute walk away from the apartments, that seemed like an unnecessary hassle when they could find other key handover options. We booked an apartment that said it was a terrace... we had access to a yard at the back of the apartment but this was full of at least 10-20 big garbage bags. In the 30 degree heat this weekend the smell of hot garbage obviously wasnt great, so this was basically unusable. Very loud at night until about 4am but that was just due to the location

Nothing much, doesnt have air conditioning

Couldnt sleep noisy drunk neighbours also the place is next to nightclubs please watch out… The accommodation vibrates from strong bass next door clubs… Hardly slept only for 4am very tiring especially if travelling and need a good rest… Also the shower water drainage system is blocked cannot have a nice shower have to be quick otherwise the floor gets flooded and is unsafe die to slippery floor.

Location was amazing. interior was beautiful. design of the place was nice.

There were bed bugs in the appartement. We only realised after we got home. It sucked.

It was great value for money, but I think I would have paid a little bit more to ensure a more comfortable stay. The position was an ideal location. And the fact it was an apartment set up, allowed us to arrange our schedule in our own time. The Microwave / Coffee Machine etc was great to have.

The beds were very uncomfortable, it did lead to a lake of sleep which was a huge shame. I think the apartment is a great space and location, but could do with a little bit nicer furniture and investments in some good quality mattresses. Also the Saturday night, the road was very loud. However understandable, based on the location. The Sunday night was much better.

1 - To get the keys, you need to go to the other side of Antwerp. Took us 30 minutes back and forth from the apartment to the pick up point 2 - Only 1 key for an apartment of 10 3 - Apartment for 10 turned out to be apartment with 3 beds, 2 sofa beds and the rest were mattresses to be squeezed in a small living room 4 - Contacted upfront whether there were any wine glasses in the apartment. Confirmed that there were. Turned out to be only one single wine glass 5 - Picture of a dishwasher, but no racks for plates or cutlery in it, so you cannot use it 6 - Shower head only a small trickle of water came out of it 7 - No broom to clean the apartment with. With a group of 10, you prefer to leave it as proper as possible

The location could not be matched. It is close to the main square and cathedral. There are endless options for places to eat nearby and even grocery stores within short walking distance.

The place met our needs. There was a constant sewage smell emerging from the bathroom which made it unpleasant. They did not provide enough towels for the number of guests or for the kitchen.

You pick up the key at their office, which is easy and to check out I was able to just leave the key in the appartement, which made it very easy
