(The host gave us another flat because our flat had heating renovations, very nice of them and we appreciate it) The size.

The kids, the air condition worked in some rooms, the chewing gum under my bed, the search history on the tv, the COLD ❄️☃️⛄️🌨️ water that we had for the first day and kept turning off, and even after they fixed the hot water, it turned off again, and again while showering. Wild.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann fußläufig in Antwerpen bzw. mit der Bahn alles gut erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber.

Die Toilettentür ließ sich nicht abschließen, der Geruch im Treppenhaus, die Betten waren nicht wirklich gemütlich, die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster (Zigarettenkippen, Müll und ein toter Vogel), die Hauptstraße ist sehr laut nachts und die 200 € Kaution, die man kurz vorher mitgeteilt bekommt.

First the apartment never mentioned that there were stairs and no elevator, so it was really hard for my dad to go up, since he is not well, then we go into the apartment and it’s super dirty, the sheets all stained, floor super dirty, the trash was still there, kitchen and bathroom were very dirty as well. I contacted the landlord and even though I sent her pictures prove of everything, her answer was that the apartment was cleaned, but that the people that stayed went back and made a mess, honestly to me this is not true, the apartment was just not cleaned at all. This was very disappointing! Never staying here again.
